AVS Project Manager - Cloud Transformation & Migration Program Manager

Location : Poland / Germany / France / Netherlands / Belgium

Type : Contract – 6 months+ / Fully Remote

Must speak B2 or above German

Overview :

We're looking for a senior Cloud Program Manager with strong experience leading VMware to Azure / AVS migrations. This role involves managing large-scale cloud transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects (VMware to Azure / AVS)
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
Drive governance, reporting, and issue resolution
Coordinate with technical teams across client and offshore units

Skills & Experience :

Experience in IT transformation / project management

Hands-on experience with VMware, Azure, AVS migrations

Strong infra knowledge : virtualization, storage, networking, cloud

Excellent stakeholder and escalation management

Preferred :

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certs

ADO or similar project tools
