Technical Service Manager

We are seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead and manage the Confectionery & Bakery application team. This role provides technical expertise and guidance to customers and works closely with the commercial team to promote, build and maintain business in this area. The Technical Service Manager oversees and manages technical projects, from initial customer inquiry to final product implementation and is a strong resource to the Technical Director and provides support for the Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain and General Management functions.

• Serve as the main technical advisor to customers, understanding their needs and delivering precise solutions
• Recommend the best products aligned with customer requirements and compliance guidelines
• Develop and share technical solutions and concepts requested by internal teams
• Conduct training and workshops on topics like color stability, application methods, and regulatory compliance
• Shape and execute a focused market strategy tailored to confectionery and bakery segments
• Support product innovation by identifying market trends and customer needs, collaborating closely with marketing and research teams
