Your team

As the Global Web Content Manager at 1NCE, you will be at the forefront of shaping our digital footprint and enhancing our brand's online presence on a global scale. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our website not only effectively communicates our mission but also drives e-commerce success, improves the customer journey, and strengthens our brand identity.

Your mission

Develop global web content strategy : Design and execute a comprehensive web content strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and brand identity while enhancing the overall customer journey.

Create engaging website content : Develop and manage compelling, informative website content tailored to resonate with target audiences and contribute directly to sales growth.

Collaborate across teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, design, and development—to ensure a cohesive, high-quality online experience that reflects product and brand values.

Optimize for search engines : Apply SEO best practices to all web content to increase visibility, drive organic traffic, and support improved sales conversion rates.

Maintain content accuracy and consistency : Oversee regular website content updates, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging and tone.

Analyze performance and improve UX : Monitor website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for content improvement, customer journey optimization, and increased conversion rates.

Your skills

To excel in this role, you should possess :

Educational background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Web content management experience : Proven experience as a Web Content Manager or in a similar role, ideally with a global focus and strong emphasis on e-commerce and branding.

Sales-focused communication skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on creating persuasive, sales-driven content.

SEO expertise : Proficiency in search engine optimization and content optimization techniques to enhance visibility and engagement.

Project management capabilities : Strong project management and organizational skills to effectively coordinate content initiatives across teams.

Creative content development : Ability to think creatively and translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly, and sales-oriented content.

Technical tool proficiency : Experienced in using content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools to publish and evaluate content performance.

Attention to detail : A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free content.

UX and web design awareness : Knowledge of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices is considered a valuable asset.
