Your prospective job :

You are acting as a Innovation & Development Engineer (m / f / d) for our client Airbus Aerostructures in Standort Stade.

Your responsibilities :

Supporting local composite R&T team (trials follow up at shopfloor)

Planning, steering and reporting Composites Industrial technology R&T activities within the ME (Manufacturing Engineering) Community

Setting up a roadmap to deliver the technological solutions for industrial applications

Ensuring harmonized ME Principles, best-in-class and up-to-date practices

Delivering mature solutions to develop new products

Working in the development of new tool designs as well as new and innovative composite manufacturing processes

Defining and managing execution of composite technology developments including composite automation and monitoring processes for future CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) parts

Organization of project progress reviews and generation of associated reporting and action plan

Management of risks inside the projects

Your profile :

Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, composites or comparable

Work experience in construction, manufacturing engineering and composite materials

First experience in project management

Good knowledge of risk management

Knowledge of AI and data analysis is an advantage

Fluent English and good German, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel (probably once every three months within Europe)
