We're Hiring : Sales Trader (Energy) – Germany (hybrid, with future office leadership)

Location : Germany (hybrid to start; opportunity to open and lead a local office)

An ambitious, fast-growing global trading firm is looking for an experienced Sales Trader to spearhead its expansion into the German market .

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team at the forefront of environmental and renewable commodities trading. As the first hire on the ground in Germany , you'll not only drive commercial growth but also play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a local office .

What you’ll do :

• Build and manage relationships with clients in the German environmental / renewables markets
• Execute trades across a range of environmental products (e.g. GO, EUA, etc.)
• Identify and act on commercial opportunities in the region
• Help shape market strategy and grow the firm’s footprint in Germany
• Take the lead in setting up and managing a local office as the team scales
