Senior UX / Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of user needs, business strategy, and technical feasibility. You’ll take ownership of crafting intuitive, elegant, and efficient user experiences that drive real impact across our digital ecosystem.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Be the bridge between vision and execution : Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers in an agile context to translate complex requirements into user-friendly solutions that deliver both business and customer value.
• Champion user experience at every step : Lead UX initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring product decisions are anchored in real user insights and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strengthen and scale our design system : Contribute actively to the evolution of our design standards by shaping new components or refining existing ones to maintain coherence and brand unity across all touchpoints.
• Transform research into action : Conduct, analyze, and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform product direction and iterate effectively based on evidence, not assumptions.
• Design for a seamless experience everywhere : Ensure consistent UX across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes with a focus on responsive and accessible design.
