We are currently supporting a prestigious international law firm in their search for a Banking and Finance Lawyer to strengthen their team.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – Attorney – Law firm – Banking – Law

You will be responsible for handling banking and finance matters, covering both transactional and regulatory aspects.
You will maintain direct contact with clients, advising them to foster long-term, trust-based relationships.
You will review , draft , and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and legal opinions.
You will conduct legal monitoring to stay up to date with new regulations and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Profile and Career Path | Finance – Attorney – Law firm – Banking – Law

You have at least 2 years of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, which will ease your integration into the team.

Fluency in French and English is essential to ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and third parties. German is considered an asset.

You are recognized for your proactive and organized approach, allowing you to meet deadlines efficiently.

While you are a strong team player , you are also capable of working independently.

You will earn a salary of up to €100,000 gross per year , offering you a comfortable standard of living.
