We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on ERP Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of SAP S / 4HANA across Fineline’s global operations. This is a key role that connects systems, people, and processes in one of the most important projects in our company.

Job Type : Remote, Temporary, Full-Time

Reports To : CIO

Start Date : ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Reporting : Manage daily project tasks, maintain the project plan, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Requirements & Design : Work with business and IT teams to gather and align system requirements with business goals.
  • Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external consultants.
  • Risk & Vendor Management : Identify risks and manage vendor communication to ensure timely delivery.
  • Budget Tracking : Monitor spending and alert on major deviations from the approved budget.
  • Integration Management : Coordinate ERP integration with other business systems to ensure smooth data and process flow.
  • Training & Change Management : Lead change activities and support user training and communication.
  • UAT & Go-Live : Coordinate user testing, ensure readiness, and support go-live activities.
  • Post-Go-Live & Rollout Support : Oversee early support and help prepare for future international rollouts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 1-2 years of ERP project management of ERP system experience (SAP S / 4HANA is a very strong advantage)
  • Strong project management skills and methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
