Manpower Luxembourg is seeking dedicated administrative assistants to support a team of professionals and other administrative / operational / financial assista nt for an European Institution based in Luxembourg.
Job Description :
Manage the administrative activities of the division.
Organize internal and external meetings or appointments
Finalize, distribute, and file documents and reports prepared by the division staff.
Maintain up-to-date statistics and work plans.
Ensure compliance with established procedures.
Collaborate with other administrative assistants within the division and department.
Organize staff meetings, teleconferences, and other event
Assist in preparing simple financial reports.
Handle and process invoices.
Monitor and record expenses.
Support the development and maintenance of budgets.
Provide general support for financial tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor or Master in legal, economics, accounting, or business administration field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
Proficiency in standard computer tools, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Business Objects is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
