The team is mission-driven, collaborative, and focused on accelerating the energy transition through high-impact, grid-scale clean energy projects.

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Develope r , you will lead the development of solar PV and BESS projects across Germany from land acquisition and permitting to grid connection and stakeholder engagement. You'll be joining an experienced, international team and play a critical role in driving early- to mid-stage projects through to ready-to-build status.

This is a remote position within Germany, with occasional travel to project sites and partner meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure land for solar and storage projects through direct outreach or local partnerships
• Oversee permitting, environmental studies, and local authority engagement
• Manage grid connection applications and liaise with TSOs / DSOs
• Collaborate with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure project bankability
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, local communities, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor market and policy developments relevant to renewable energy in Germany
• Represent the company in public hearings and stakeholder discussions as needed
