SAP Functional Consultant (m / f / d)

We’re looking for experienced SAP Functional Consultants who are ready to take the next step in their career — working on exciting transformation projects that actually make a difference.

If you enjoy solving real business challenges, shaping processes, and guiding clients through SAP S / 4HANA or ERP transformations, this role might be just what you’re looking for.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting and leading SAP implementation and transformation projects — across sectors like Public Services, Health, Financial Services, Technology, and more .
  • Applying your functional SAP expertise in modules such as FI / CO, PSCD, PSM, MM, SCM, or HCM — depending on your background.
  • Acting as a key partner to our clients : understanding their needs, aligning systems with strategy, and helping drive long-term impact.
  • Taking (partial) project responsibility and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Working with a motivated team in both German and English-speaking environments.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in business informatics, economics, or a similar field .
  • Several years of experience in SAP consulting , ideally with hands-on S / 4HANA or SAP ERP knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and how to design solutions around them.
  • End-to-end consulting experience and a confident approach to managing change.
  • Fluency in German (C1 or above) is a must, along with good English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% – or less, depending on the project (especially in Public or Health sectors).

  • Experience in public administration projects or SAP in the healthcare space (HCM or Finance modules especially – but not IS-H ).
  • Worked in industries like Banking, Insurance, Communications, or Media .
