Administrative Receptionist

The Administrative Receptionist will play a crucial role in the long-term success of our visitor and employee experience by providing outstanding office support at our largest and most customer facing office in Europe. What you'll be doing :

Greeting visitors from around the globe, acting as "CEO" responsible for first impressions for internal and external contacts entering our office.

Organizing and coordinating conference room scheduling, room resourcing, room reservations and special conference room projects.

Assisting with New Hire orientation by providing the employee experience and help settling into the room.

Ensure visitors are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their visit

Assisting with events, projects and service requests as needed and ensure it runs as planned

Handling all visitor pre-registration requests and ensure compliances are met and aligned with our security measures and requirements

Handling security badge inventory, information, and reordering supplies

What we need to see :

Relevant education (hospitality) and 2+ years of experience as Receptionist at an international company

Good command of the English and German language

Perform in various reception, hospitality and administrative related tasks

Driven and pro-active with the ability to be responsible for tasks from start to finish

Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

Good knowledge of customer relations

Good telephone communication etiquette

Accountable, humble, helpful and approachable

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
