Your Responsibilities | Tax – Fiduciary – Reporting – Management

You will be responsible for reviewing the financial statements prepared by your team, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
As a Manager , you must ensure that all deadlines related to your team’s portfolio are met, and that reporting is submitted on time
You are expected to support your team’s development by assisting them when needed and responding to their queries in a timely manner
In this position, you will also evaluate your team’s work , conduct individual meetings to assess performance, and support them in reaching their quarterly and annual objectives.
You must ensure that all tax and VAT returns are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
As a Manager, you will maintain direct contact with your clients, respond to their questions, and resolve any issues or concerns they may raise.

Profile and Career Path | Tax – Fiduciary – Reporting – Management

You have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience as an Accountant in Luxembourg.

Our partner expects you to hold a degree in Accounting or a related field.

You are fluent in German and have a professional level of French .

Previous experience with commercial structures is required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills , including communication, adaptability, and team collaboration.

Offer | Tax – Fiduciary – Reporting – Management

For this role, our partner is offering a gross annual salary of up to €78,000 gross per year , depending on your experience and expertise.

You will benefit from great flexibility , allowing you to manage your working hours while remaining aligned with standard business hours.

Homeworking options are available. The number of remote days depends on your country of residence or, if residing in Luxembourg, according to the company's internal policy.

Your efforts will be rewarded with a discretionary bonus , depending on both your personal performance and the company’s results.

Additional holidays may be granted based on your seniority and longevity within the company.
