Tasks

  • Manage endtoend logistics from supply chain coordination to expedited global delivery
  • Organize and execute purchasing processes working closely with our finance team
  • Streamline and improve logistics and supply chain workflows
  • Oversee warehouse operations including inventory control and incoming goods inspection
  • Optimize supply chains and reduce logistics costs
  • Procure and manage production materials lab equipment and office supplies
  • Support our customer solutions team with trade show logistics and planning

Requirements

  • Completed business studies or a qualification as a purchasing or logistics specialist
  • Confident use of MS Office and Outlook; experience with Pipedrive is an advantage
  • At least two years of industrial work experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Strong organizational skills
