Responsibilities :
- Product investigation by usage of various equipment
- Investigation of customer complaints from the clients product portfolio
- Usage of automotive quality tools, like 8D report
- Technical communication internal & external
- Support customers product qualification and technical data requests
- Audit support according to automotive standards
