  • Provide L3 support for clients regarding Intune and Exchange-related issues.
  • Maintain Intune policies and devices in line with evolving technologies.
  • Manage and oversee both on-premises and online Exchange environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Exchange and Intune.
  • Will be the technical SPOC interacting with the client and also with L1.5 teams and COE teams
  • Will be first escalation level for resolving operational incidents (OnCall support is required on a rotation plan)
  • Leadership

    • Is able to give guidance to internal and external team members
    • Acting as functional and technical lead in her / his area of competence
    • Functional management of team members in his / her area of competence
    • Is able to define Standard operation procedures in alignment with client to improve operational statbility
    • Skill Requirements

    • Expert knowledge of device enrollment, profile, and policy configuration in Intune.
    • Expertise in application management and related policies in Intune.
    • Proficiency in security policies such as conditional access and device compliance checks based on organizational policies.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Exchange on-premises and online administration and maintenance.
    • Expertise in Exchange hybrid setup, migrations, disaster recovery setup, high availability, security, and compliance.
    • In-depth understanding of mailbox, storage, mail flow, policies, and other Exchange components.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills to support end-users and IT staff.
    • Knowledge of device health monitoring and generating device and application usage reports.
    • Strong collaboration skills to work with the team, other IT teams, and clients to address business requirements.
    • Ability to maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
    • Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Exchange Onprem and Online
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Relevant certifications.
