Tasks
Actively expand our partner base by onboarding more companies in the German marketResponsible for converting trial partners to paying partnersOnboard new businesses to Barter through online demos and lead follow upMake sure Partner accounts are set up correctly to make the most out of the trialWork closely together with other local German agents to ensure overall market performance and act as the first point of contact for training, questions, and supportRequirements
2 - 5 years of sales experience or similar field.Fluency in German (native level) and confident communication skills in English, both written and spokenExperience in managing a teamSolid experience working with CRM tools and sales pipelinesStrong communicationPro-active work attitudeEnthusiastic and capable of transferring that enthusiasm to othersBenefits
