Legal Counsel (m / f / d)
Risk Management
- Provide German law advice to business departments
- Review and advice on : lending documentation, product-related questions and day-to-day requests from business stakeholders
- Analyse and advise the business areas on all relevant German / EU regulatory matters and ensuring that contracts remain in compliance with applicable law and regulation
- Liaise with outside counsel as well as with other lawyers of the Group
- Review, draft and negotiate Supplier agreements
- Advice the business on legal matters of Civil Law and Banking Supervisory Law
- Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the Bank
- Identify legal and regulatory developments and inform internal stakeholders
- Raise internal awareness on regulatory risks and develop and provide relevant trainings
Project / Change Management
