Senior UI Designer (CRM / E-Mail Marketing Focus) m / f / d

Your mission

You will be responsible for design executions across the e-mail marketing channel for our Brands : HelloBody, Banana Beauty and Mermaid + Me

Create stunning artworks, motions by focusing on Brand identity, Commercial Communication campaigns, and online user shopping behavior

Digest sales and offer messages and turn to the visuals that will be friendly for the Users

Come up with creative ideas and hypotheses for design A / B testing

Adapt the artwork for our European markets (language skills for those markets is not required), working with translated copy & localized assets

Support the team developing brand visuals for content (photo editing, new posts, product photoshoot, video editing)

Your profile

You are a champion user-centric designer who has an outstanding portfolio that displays a high understanding of aesthetics design, online user behavior and commercial approach

You have a degree in Art / Design or related fields, with a focus in Digital, Visual or Graphic Design or Communication Arts

You have already experience as a visual / graphic designer in an agency or company in the field of email marketing or advertising communication

You have an understanding of foundational design principles (typography, color, line, composition, storytelling, UX UI) across multiple media, i.e. email, content, print, digital, website

You are interested in click rates, have a curious mindset and want to improve and test the design with being close to the user / and make it convert

You are in love with the Adobe Creative Suite. (Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator + FIGMA are key) and good at animation skills

You are open to collaborate with all the team members and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

You are always willing to help others and excited about driving positive change

Strong passion and understanding of the Beauty & Wellness Industry and interest in social media trends are a plus
