Join our technical support team as a Brainlab Support Specialist. Youll provide expert service manage installations and maintenance and support clinical staffremotely from your home office.

Main responsibilities will include :

Independently perform installations maintenance and repairs of Brainlab systems (e.g. Loop X Airo) at hospitals and clinical sites
Provide remote and on-site technical support guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation
Ensure optimal device functionality by conducting diagnostics upgrades and proactive service checks
Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfaction
Support product launches by coordinating setup testing and user onboarding
Document all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standards
Collaborate closely with other teams (sales engineering clinical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications :

Degree in electrical engineering electronics mechatronics or similar

Ideally first experience in technical support preferably in the healthcare sector

Familiar with X-ray systems and / or scanner technology (a plus)

Strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills

Independent structured and solution-oriented working style

Excellent communication skills in German and English

High willingness to travel national (up to 80%) with the possibility of occasional international assignments

Confident use of MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage

Valid drivers license
