Join our technical support team as a Brainlab Support Specialist. Youll provide expert service manage installations and maintenance and support clinical staffremotely from your home office.

Main responsibilities will include :

  • Independently perform installations maintenance and repairs of Brainlab systems (e.g. Loop X Airo) at hospitals and clinical sites
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation
  • Ensure optimal device functionality by conducting diagnostics upgrades and proactive service checks
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfaction
  • Support product launches by coordinating setup testing and user onboarding
  • Document all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with other teams (sales engineering clinical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications :

  • Degree in electrical engineering electronics mechatronics or similar
  • Ideally first experience in technical support  preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Familiar with X-ray systems and / or scanner technology (a plus)
  • Strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills
  • Independent structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • High willingness to travel national (up to 80%) with the possibility of occasional international assignments
  • Confident use of MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
  • Valid drivers license
