What you bring to the table

13 years of experience designing & shipping worldclass software
Understanding of web design principles
Strong product management communication skills and attention to detail
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Experience working with digital products and technical teams
Fluency in German at a native speaker level is mandatory
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

What youll do

Together with your team youll work on various software projects throughout the company

Support with the founding of our new SaaS business Kh. Digital. Create new products that we can license to other companies in the furniture industry.

Coordinate ideas projects and deadlines from start to finish

Use analytics and datadriven development to validate your design ideas and identify improvements

Work closely with your agile team participating in sprint activities and ensuring that your team delivers effective customer solutions

Develop a deep understanding of our customers their pains and their needs

Have a friendly nature and know how to be enthusiastic with people of your team

Be initiative and bring up new and innovative ideas

Experience working with teams using Scrum or other Agile Methods and tools (e.g. Jira)

Comfortably working with Figma

Knowledge in customer research and validation
