Manage reporting : Take responsibility for actuals, forecasting and planning processes for the corporate holding and key functions such as Engineering, Business Development or HR.
Create transparency : Analyse monthly cost and headcount development, keep in dialogue with the corporate functions and prepare management-relevant insights in a structured and audience-appropriate way.
Provide guidance : Support the corporate functions and management through analyses, insightful recommendations, impactful presentations and guidance on financial matters.
Advance Controlling : Proactively identify improvement potentials, assess existing processes, and drive the ongoing (technical) improvement of our Corporate Function Controlling.
Manage global charges : Coordinate global intercompany allocations in collaboration with the tax department and the international Finance community.
Qualifications
Education : Degree in business administration or business informatics, ideally with a focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification.
Experience : Experience in controlling – ideally in an international context.
Technical expertise : Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA and SAP BI is a plus.
Working style : Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable.
Soft skills : High level of initiative, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
Languages : Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
