Our client is a growing full-service Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO). The VP Operations will assume full strategic and operational responsibility for the company’s operational divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape operational strategy with a strong focus on scaling, efficiency, and innovation
- Work closely with the CEO to design and execute operational plans aligned with business goals
- Oversee multiple production sites, including launching new facilities
- Ensure high production standards across various product formats and maintain strict quality compliance
- Drive process improvements, digitalisation, and supply chain optimisation to support rapid growth
- Build, guide, and develop a multidisciplinary operations team across production, engineering, logistics, and supply chain
