A great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Workplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing Berlin office. As part of an expanding technology company, you will play a key role in ensuring a well-functioning, professional, and welcoming work environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee office facilities and vendor management
• Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and equipment
• Support health and safety compliance and workplace policies
• Assist with onboarding logistics and workplace-related employee support
• Contribute to the planning and execution of office events and initiatives
• Plan, manage and execute workplace events for staff and visitors
