Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following :

• Customer service, support and troubleshooting : Solving Editron customer system-related problems, providing support and help for customers, and giving instructions and training customer. Delivering solutions in cooperation with the service team, R&D and other relevant internal stakeholders
• Commissioning :   To conduct commissioning
• Aftersales : Supporting equipment repair process and advising customers on spare parts and other aftersales issues
• Service Documentation : Preparing instructions, training material, and other service documentation in cooperation with team
• Technical Support : Giving general technical support and finding solutions in cooperation with the service team
• Training : Training customers to use and maintain Editron equipment
