Head of Sales

About the role

As Head of Sales you will drive the next phase of 7Learnings international growth. You will own and execute the gotomarket strategy build and lead a highperforming sales team and develop strategic relationships with enterprise retailers and brands. Your focus will be on scaling revenue expanding our customer base and establishing 7Learnings as the global leader in AIdriven retail optimization.

Your mission

• Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting enterprise and midmarket retailers with a focus on international expansion (mostly Northern Europe and North America)
• Build lead and mentor a highperforming sales team fostering a culture of continuous learning transparency and results
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and longterm client satisfaction
• Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to refine our value proposition and sales approach
• Report on sales performance pipeline and forecasts to the executive team
