Tasks

As a (Senior) Back-End Developer youll play a key role in designing and building the backbone of our procurement solution.

  • Build scalable backend services using Python (Django REST Framework)
  • Take ownership of technical and architectural decisions
  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and product team to deliver user-centric features
  • Automate workflows through CI / CD and infrastructure tools
  • Participate in design discussions code reviews and sprint planning
  • Drive technical improvements and suggest new ideas we love initiative!

Requirements

  • 2 years of backend development experience with Python ideally with Django REST
  • Strong grasp of modern backend architectures (e.g. service-oriented or modular monoliths)
  • Experience with Git workflows CI / CD tools and code reviews
  • Comfortable working in remote-first teams (Slack Notion async culture)
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a plus
  • You enjoy autonomy taking initiative and working in a dynamic startup environment
