Your Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level support for our software products
- Actively communicate with customers to resolve technical issues
- Install, configure, and update our software solutions
- Conduct on-site customer training on our systems
- Independently analyze and troubleshoot software problems
- Document issues and solutions in our ticket system
- Create and update user manuals and documentation
- Perform software testing, document results, and manage software releases
Your Profile
Degree in computer science, a related field, or completed vocational IT trainingMinimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support and customer service, ideally with system integration and testingStrong communication skills and a customer-focused approachExperience with databases ( Oracle , MS SQL , PostgreSQL is a plus)Confident working with Windows , Windows Server , Linux , and Linux Server environmentsFamiliar with IT systems such as networking , virtualization , scripting , services , and monitoring tools like NAGIOSKnowledge of Atlassian tools ( Jira , Confluence )Fluent in German and EnglishWhat We Offer
