Commercial Director (f / m / d)

Part-time or full-time | Location : Hybrid (Munich area)

Your tasks

  • Expanding our multichannel marketing strategy (B2C and B2B)
  • Development and scaling of national and international sales channels
  • Business development, identification and establishment of strategic partnerships
  • Market analysis, competition monitoring and development of business and product strategies
  • Close cooperation with the management in corporate planning

Your profile

  • Degree in economics or life sciences, MBA an advantage
  • At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience, a significant part of which in a responsible / managerial position in an innovation and quality-oriented environment
  • Ideally industry experience in nutritional supplements, consumer health or life sciences with a focus on prevention
  • Entrepreneurial personality with responsibility for results, strong implementation skills and integrity
  • Strong communication skills with customers, partners and the internal team
  • High willingness to learn and ability to pass on your own experience effectively
  • Pragmatic, sustainable and team-oriented working style
