I am looking for Senior Enterprise Account Executives with successful experience in the B2B SaaS domain to join a German start-up that works on modernizing and digitalizing automotive manufacturing.
The location of this position is in Berlin, but depending on the customer it can also involve moderate traveling around Germany. You can also reside anywhere in Germany but be ready to occasionally travel to Berlin for company meetups.
There are several roles in their sales department :
- Key Enterprise Account Executive for the VW account (fluent in both German and English)
- Senior Enterprise Account Executive for New Logos (fluent in both German and English)
- Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Italy (fluent in Italian and English)
You will :
manage the entire sales process - from lead generation to the successful closing of the enterprise software dealsdevelop creative and effective sales strategies to tap into unused opportunities in your territory and meet and even exceed the sales targets for the SaaS productbuild a strong SaaS network through targeted networking with CTOs and other high-ranking decision-makers, as well as by generating new business, build a strong SaaS networkensure precise sales forecasts through meticulous documentation in Salesforcecreate positive customer experiences and develop strategic account mapping to achieve sustainable growth in your key accounts in close cooperation with the technical pre-sales and value teamsYou have :
4+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales with a focus on automotive, aviation or defenseexperience in strategic account planning and identifying new business cases as well as up- and cross-selling opportunities and use suitable frameworks such as SPIN or MEDDICunderstanding of complex sales cyclesexperience of defining, together with the customer, specific solutions with added value and high-scaling potentialexperience communicating confidently and in a target group-oriented manner up to C-level and independently leading complex negotiations with the aim of a successful deal closing in the enterprise segmentforesight and a structured and efficient way of working that enables you to process and prioritize a wide range of sales opportunities in parallel.What you can expect :
