As our Lead Architect you will be one of our strategic and technical backbones of our digital transformation. You will guide and coach a team of architects design scalable and sustainable architecture and ensure our solutions are as innovative as they are impactful.

Menu of Responsibilities

This position is a key role within our DISC (DISH Innovation and Solution Center) organisation and responsible for :

• Leading a group of 7 Software- and Domain Architects
• Designing business solution integration data and software architecture for digital products business support systems and connective tissue; mainly on a Java tech stack in the cloud
• Support agile development demand and technology management

Ingredients for Success

You will need to have very good knowledge of software architecture principles and be proficient in modern technologies and frameworks. Further experience with web architecture and software / hardware interfaces is essential. Strategic thinking along with a solid grasp of risk and cost management will help you make sound decisions. Lastly an agile mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic competitive environment are key to succeeding in this role.

Additionally fluent English is important to collaborate effectively across our international teams; other languages are beneficial.
