Project Manager

is a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused individual with a passion for driving successful software implementations. You possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment. You are adept at building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations.

Activities and responsibilities Job Brief :

As a Project Manager at Confience, you will be responsible for managing key client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to develop detailed project plans, manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Execution :

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, task assignment, and timeline management.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Manage project scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
  • Facilitate effective communication with customers, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
  • Manage customer expectations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication :

  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g., Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, etc.) and external partners.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear agendas, action items, and follow-up.
  • Resource Management :

  • Effectively allocate and manage project resources.
  • Identify and resolve resource conflicts, ensuring that projects are properly staffed.
  • Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Documentation and Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide regular reports to management on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Qualification profile Requirements and Skills :

  • 5+ years proven experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or software implementation environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present technical information clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Diligent, rigorous, and able to deliver projects on schedule
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
