Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Are you ready for the next step in your field sales career or looking for a new challenge in sales?

As a  Regional Key Account Manager OTC (f / m / d) , you will be responsible for managing our highest-revenue pharmacy customers (VIP pharmacies) and regional pharmacy cooperations in your area. By continuously developing your customers, you contribute to the sustainable and profitable growth of Reckitt’s OTC business.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and enhance selected top pharmacies (VIP pharmacies) and regional pharmacy cooperations, including direct sales of our products
  • Maintain and sustainably expand productive customer relationships with our top clients
  • Take responsibility for achieving sales, distribution, and placement targets with VIP customers
  • Prepare and conduct sales meetings and negotiations, including follow-up on annual / quarterly targets and strategic customer development
  • Purposeful use of commercial and promotional tools from our Top Customer Program
  • Develop and implement targeted POS and sales strategies to increase visibility and sales of our brands
  • Organize and host customer events and training sessions, including cost and budget management
  • Manage and track the advertising cost subsidy (WKZ) budget for your region
  • Conduct product and sales training sessions
  • Handle administrative tasks (route planning, customer analysis)

The experience we're looking for

  • Native-level fluency in German (spoken and written) is a must-have
  • Completed commercial or scientific vocational training or a degree in business administration
  • Completed training as a pharmaceutical representative according to § 75, Abs. 3 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) – or the opportunity to complete this with Reckitt
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in pharmacy field sales and / or key account management
  • Experience in conducting annual meetings, strong negotiation skills, and relationship management expertise
  • Excellent market and industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical / OTC sector
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, strong hands-on mentality, and good presentation skills
  • Confident use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to travel with overnight stays
  • Class B driver’s license

    EUR €49,479.00 - €74,219.00
