Wenham Carter is partnered with one of Europe’s most exciting robotics scaleups that combines deep tech, engineering excellence, and modular design to reshape industrial automation.

We’re hiring a Senior Field Solution Engineer to lead the technical setup of a modular robotic systems directly on-site with customers across Germany.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Install & Commission Systems : Travel to client sites across Germany to set up, configure, and fine-tune robotic systems.
  • Customer Projects : Own the installation lifecycle from planning to final handover, including documentation and team coordination.
  • On-Site Support & Training : Provide technical guidance, customer training, and help resolve issues post-installation.
  • Prototyping & Testing : Work in the Munich lab to build, test, and refine solutions, including custom 3D-printed parts.
  • Feedback Loop : Share insights with our product and engineering teams to help us continuously improve.

Requirements :

  • Degree or training in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering , or similar
  • Hands-on experience with system installation, testing, or commissioning (we will consider junior roles and internships)
  • Comfortable working independently on-site with clients
  • Willingness to travel 70% across Germany
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (Germany)
  • Fluent in German (C1 preferred) and strong English skills
