Position : Key Account Manager – Consumer Goods
Location : Germany - Remote / Hybrid

Our client is a global Consumer Goods group that are growing rapidly all across Europe.
We are searching for a Key Account Manager to join the Commercial team based from Munich but remote / Hybrid is fine.

Responsibilities include :
- Developing customer relationships across German speaking markets with particular focus on Switzerland and Southern Germany
- Reporting to the European Head of Sales and working closely with the European leadership
- Responsible for promoting products to customers
- Develop a multi-channel approach
- Work closely with internal and external teams regarding marketing and product insights, trends, data and competitor analysis
- Continuously improving customer experience
- Active role in Marketing – working with the marketing team regarding media, sponsorship, publications, marketing material etc
- Weekly reporting and CRM system management
Candidate Profile :
Educated to degree level in a Business related subjectAt least 5 years customer / sales or account management experienceGood knowledge of the Consumer goods / FMCGExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCustomer focusedFluent German, French and English requiredAbility to work with internal and external teams – marketing, analysis, strategy, etcEnjoy working in a multinational team environment with many different cultures and a great sense of fun!Ability to work well in a close team environment as well as independentlyThis is an outstanding opportunity for a experienced Key Account Manager to develop their career rapidly with a global group that are expanding fast and have a fantastic product portfolio!
