What youll do

  • You are the face of the Restaurant service and are responsible for the safe opening and closing of the F&B outlets.
  • Manage your team to perform at his best by supporting the floor team training of staff including performance reviews.
  • Ensure memorable guest experiences by engaging with them dealing with complaints and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for both our guests and staff.
  • Support and coordinate the reservations system with the Hosts team.
  • Run the daily briefing for restaurant team draft Floor plan based on covers and ensure a smooth service across all outlets.
  • Support the Restaurant & Bar Manager with Food & Beverage stock ordering and any other tasks.
  • Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOPs.
  • Ensure the restaurant area is Hygiene & Safety compliant for each shift.
  • Help and support the other outlets (Bar & Apartment) during event activation and busy period. Being a team player goes a long way!

Qualifications :

What were looking for

  • Youre an experienced Waiter / Waitress who is ready for the next step.
  • Previous work experience as Floor manager or Supervisor in a busy and highvolume restaurant is valuable.
  • General knowledge of local employment law health and safety regulations.
  • Fluent in English good German knowledge additional languages will be highly valuable.
  • Youre all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with leaving them with a memorable experience.
  • A people person great at building and nurturing long lasting relationships.
