RESPONSIBILITIES

In our Accounts Payable & Freight Cost Management unit, you coordinate and optimize specialist processes as an Expert, while moving them to SAP S4, in terms of a global and end-to-end orientation along the procure-to-pay process chain.

• You are responsible for major projects segments.
• You gather, review, and propose requirements for the rollout and project implementation measures.
• Together with product owners, internal & external stakeholders, you guarantee gatekeeping and provide solutions that enable transparency, understanding and success of the project waves.
• Additionally, you communicate efficiently and effectively with all the involved parties about project status, gaps, issues, risks, knowledge and business needs.
• You will monitor KPI's and trends together with the dedicated experts.
• Furthermore, you continuously expand your expertise, pass it on and exchange ideas with colleagues in the expert communities.
