Are you a strategic sourcing expert in industrial consumables with a background in B2B retail or large B2C industrial products? Our client is a global leader seeking a Product Sourcing Manager to shape the market-leading product portfolio across EMEA.

This isn't just buying; it's about driving growth, introducing cutting-edge technologies, and delivering significant ROI.

What You'll Do :

Develop and execute category strategies for Mechanical & Fluid Power, Facility & Maintenance, or Automation & Control.
Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate top-tier contracts for accelerated profit.
Leverage digital insights to optimize ranging and boost performance.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from NPI to revenue protection.

Who You Are :

Proven Category Manager / Buyer experience, ideally in industrial retail.

Fluent in German & English with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

A collaborative, results-oriented problem-solver comfortable in a matrix, cross-cultural environment.
