The Role
The company is seeking a commercially minded Head of Demand Generation to take ownership of pipeline development and lead generation across the full marketing funnel. This role will focus on driving measurable results through strategic planning and hands-on execution—owning everything from campaign development to marketing ops and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including email, paid ads, ABM, and content).
- Own full-funnel strategy and reporting—optimizing conversion at every stage from first touch to SQL.
- Build and manage campaign performance metrics including CAC, CPL, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
- Oversee marketing tech stack including Salesforce and Pardot (or similar), and support lead scoring, segmentation, and analytics.
- Partner closely with Sales to align on MQL / SQL definitions and drive revenue-generating outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a small team of marketing professionals.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Experiment with new channels, tools, and technologies—including the use of AI in marketing workflows.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing , ideally in a high-growth or PE-backed environment.Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue through data-driven marketing programs.Deep experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or similar platforms), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with performance metrics like CAC, CPL, pipeline contribution, and ROI.Skilled at working with external agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.Bonus : Experience in SEO, content strategy, and ABM.Natural team leader with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.What’s on Offer
