Data Analyst (m / f / d) in Mannheim

Core responsibilities

Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives

Analytical Problem Framing

  • Analytical outlook to frame the right questions while diving deep into business domains and processes
  • Data Integration and Collaboration

  • Connect data from various sources, collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop comprehensive data solutions
  • Data Model Development

  • Develop robust and clean data models, ensuring high-quality data thereby leading high-quality analytics
  • Insightful Data Communication

  • Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support product development and decision-making
  • Data-Driven Decision Support

  • Support the business decision-making process, by generating analytical solutions by leveraging exploratory data analysis and hypothesis based “proof of concept” framework
  • The skillset we are looking for

  • Proven experience in data analysis , preferably within a business context
  • Strong zeal for Data crunching and wrangling
  • Proficiency in SQL and / or Python for data analysis and modeling
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
  • A passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact
