If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Production Control & Logistics Manager position at Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology.
As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division / Business Group PC&L strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L standard processes and the department budget.

Profile

Degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred

Professional working experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry

Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics

Fluency in German and English language

Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffing

Knowledge of employee empowerment basics, and the ability to engage team members in working in standard conditions and focused on continuous improvement
