About the Role : The Associate / Investment Manager will play a key role in supporting the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across Germany, with a focus on commercial assets.
Responsibilities :
- Support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across Germany, with a focus on commercial assets
- Conduct market research, financial modeling, and investment analysis
- Prepare investment memoranda and support internal approval processes
- Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with external advisors
- Monitor existing investments and support asset management where required
