Your Role

Join a dynamic team building a next-generation platform that helps organizations accelerate and improve the efficiency of their AI applications. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will contribute directly to the development, optimization, and integration of cutting-edge AI models. Your responsibilities include :

• Designing and fine-tuning LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering and performance evaluation.
• Implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems and optimizing vector databases for fast information retrieval.
• Integrating AI models into a modern web platform using Django Ninja (FastAPI-style APIs) and Next.JS.
• Developing monitoring systems to track model quality, bias, and performance metrics.
• Creating user-friendly interfaces that make advanced AI features accessible.
• Automating and streamlining AI workflows through pipeline development and orchestration tools.
• Exploring and integrating innovations in multimodal AI (text, image, audio) into the platform.
