Role Description :
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business
development and client engagement for synthetic rubber products in the
European automotive market. The role focuses on both direct sales to
Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and strategic engagement with OEMs to
promote the adoption of our materials.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities,
maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the
Japan headquarters and local distributors. A key part of the role is
to understand OEM strategies and requirements, providing valuable
feedback to guide future product development.
