Would you like to help shape the future of energy technology with creative communication strategies and effective marketing measures?
In this diverse role, you'll leverage your ideas to develop external and internal messages that inspire and persuade. You'll work closely with global and local teams, organize innovative campaigns and events, and shape the market perception of our solutions.

You will be mainly accountable for :
- Development and implementation of an integrated communications strategy for internal and external target groups in collaboration with global teams
- Planning and implementation of thought leadership and social media activities to strengthen market position and support local strategy
- Creation and management of targeted content for various communication channels along the buying funnel, including customer communications and storytelling
- Organization, coordination, and follow-up of trade fairs and customer events, including goal setting, booth design, and on-site support
- Collaboration with agencies, specialist departments, and suppliers in the production and publication of marketing materials, as well as negotiation and benchmarking of services
- Support of press and editorial work, publication of content on social media and industry platforms, and development of an editorial and sponsorship network
Qualifications for the role
Completed studies in marketing, PR, communications, or journalism and several years of professional experience in communications / PR, ideally in an industrial environmentOutstanding writing and editing skills as well as experience in the conception and implementation of lead generation and customer communications campaignsFluent written and spoken German and English Written language, complemented by in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools such as Pardot or similar programsProven ability to lead projects in a matrix organization, strong collaborative skills, and experience in managing external vendors and building relationshipsExcellent analytical and project management skills, coupled with a comfortable handling of complex B2B projects in the fields of engineering, technology, sustainability, or energyBenefits
