A leading global provider in the testing, inspection, and certification industry is looking for a driven Key Account Manager to join their growing commercial team.

This is a great opportunity to manage strategic accounts across the Home & Commercial appliance and consumer goods sectors, working with international clients and contributing to product safety, quality, and sustainability worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts across EMEA
  • Developing tailored proposals, pricing, and service strategies
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase account value
  • Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the full client lifecycle
  • Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Attending client meetings, industry events, and trade fairs
  • Keeping client data up to date in Salesforce and Workday

What we're looking for :

  • 2–5 years in B2B account management or technical sales
  • Ideally from the TIC, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce / Workday preferred)
  • Independent, customer-oriented, and commercially minded
