How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead global innovation programs from ideation to execution in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts to inform strategic innovation roadmaps.

Collaborate with internal and external collaborators including R&D, product development, marketing, and external partners.

Establish innovation frameworks and governance models to ensure alignment with business and strategic goals and timelines.

Championing a culture of creativity and experimentation, encouraging bold thinking and calculated risk-taking.

Measure and communicate the impact of innovation initiatives to executive leadership.

What You Bring

Proven experience (7+ years) in innovation management, strategy, or transformation leadership roles.

Strong track record of delivering global innovation projects with measurable business impact.

Deep understanding of innovation methodologies (, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Open Innovation).

Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and multicultural environment.

Advanced degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, or related field preferred.
