Summary :
We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Specialist (m / f / d)
As a Genesis Senior Quality Specialist , you will develop and implement procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company's standards. During the preparation of reports, you will collect and analyze claim information and quality issues and will establish improvement measures to prevent quality related problems. Lastly, you will secure thoroughness and quality through periodic vehicle inspections and on-site investigation on completed work to increase customer satisfaction.
We want you to :
- Be the contact person for all markets for quality and quality system topics
- Be the contact person with Genesis HQ for solutions and system developments / updates
- Investigate customer quality requests
- Identify and analyze manufacturing processes and field related root cause analysis
- Monitor quality issues on daily base and enhance quality improvement
- Be responsible for Quality Management and systems through the technical hotline
- Be responsible for the specific vehicle inspection, inspection process development, equipment, systems, and document control
- Lead the investigation of non-conformance, working with supplier and technical staff to provide quick resolution and establishing corrective actions preventive actions to avoid reoccurrence
- Lead and manage RDSP (Remote Diagnosis Service Platform) project with early detection and resolution of issues
- Lead thermal incident investigation
- Provide Technical support for the Genesis event vehicles (PETD, NTD, GSO and etc)
- Be responsible for sustaining the Genesis Quality Management System
- Responsible for creating and maintaining vehicle inspection and supplier inspection standards
- Develop plans and strategies that support division policies and business plans
- Ensure project milestone management with follow-up and next steps
- Follow-up on shop activities and support countermeasure development when projects, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or plans fall behind
About you :
A university degree in Engineering, or technical field or Certified Quality Engineer5 years of professional-level automotive experience, preferably in the service and / or quality areasExperience in strategic planning, project management and consensus buildingHigh Voltage mater level training and High Voltage diagnosisStrong understanding of market requirements and correct operational set-upStrong collaboration skills, team work and results-driven mindsetExcellent Customer service skillsDesire to work for a fast-paced, multi-cultural and result-oriented companyDeep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and toolsProficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect managementFluency in English; any other language is an advantageWe offer :
