The role
- Executive leadership role overseeing all commercial functions
- Responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy across core markets.
- Leads and scales a high-performing commercial team
- Develops commercial structures and capabilities to support long-term growth, including pricing, contracting, and innovative business models across B2B and B2B2C channels.
- Acts as a key sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team, contributing commercial insight and execution strength to strategic decisions and growth planning.
Your Experience
5–7+ years in senior commercial roles within healthcare, digital health, or platform businessesdeep expertise in B2B / B2B2C models and partnership-driven environmentsproven ability to lead and scale cross-functional teams in high-growth or transformation contextsstrong stakeholder management across public and private sectorsfluent in German and EnglishYour Personality
