SciNova are exclusively supporting one of Europe's most exciting Biopharmaceutical organisations specialising in developing treatments for oncology and neurological rare diseases. They are searching for a Key Account Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across the region of NRW.
Role responsibilities :
- Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and foster relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
- Build trusted partnerships with KOLs, physicians, GP's and other critical healthcare providers in the specific territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams.
- Support the Patient Engagement team and serve as the regional voice of the customer, advocating for patient access and ethical treatment.
Role requirements :
8+ years' minimum of relevant Pharmaceutical sales experience preferably within rare diseases.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Impeccable customer service skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Results driven.Willingness to travel within the designated territory is mandatory.Fluent German and Proficient English.What my client offers :
